Administrative Assistant - Registration
A fast-paced, growing company in the Fair Oaks area is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the registration department. This candidate will report to the department Director and support the senior department staff. Our mission is to provide excellent customer service to our clients and their meeting attendees.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in preparing, proofreading, & sending out general correspondence
- General office support
- Filing and answering phones
- Provide email back-up
- Maintain department schedule and assist with priority list
- Assist with inventory control of meeting stock
- Provide support for registration events
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative work experience; conference experience a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- Must be able to multi-task and work with other departments simultaneously
- Minimal travel required
