Registration Problem Resolution Assistant
Job Description
-
We are looking for an Assistant to ensure timely and effective resolution of registration service issues. Registration issues include, but are not limited to: credit card declines, membership discrepancies, lack of payment or incomplete payment, and illegible registration forms.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide customer support by researching and resolving problems.
- Maintain contact with registrants until their issues are resolved.
- Prepare financial batches.
- Assist Registration Managers and Directors with financial assignments.
- Prepare correspondence for the return of checks, purchase order preparation, etc.
- Assist with training data entry operators.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years financial experience with knowledge of credit card procedures/processes
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task
