Registration Problem Resolution Assistant

Job Description

  • We are looking for an Assistant to ensure timely and effective resolution of registration service issues. Registration issues include, but are not limited to: credit card declines, membership discrepancies, lack of payment or incomplete payment, and illegible registration forms.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide customer support by researching and resolving problems.
  • Maintain contact with registrants until their issues are resolved.
  • Prepare financial batches.
  • Assist Registration Managers and Directors with financial assignments.
  • Prepare correspondence for the return of checks, purchase order preparation, etc.
  • Assist with training data entry operators.

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years financial experience with knowledge of credit card procedures/processes
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
