Registration Support Team Member

Job Description

  • We have an opening for a Support Team Member who will assist with coordination efforts across departments in order to provide exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, an efficient self-starter, and have the ability to handle ongoing change and high pressure situations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate and assist with timelines from live registration dates to onsite and ensure deadlines are met
  • Answer inquiries via fax, email, and phone
  • Attend and complete in-house training
  • Prepare registration forms for data entry and follow up on incomplete registrations
  • Perform data entry as needed
  • Travel to shows and provide onsite support
  • Assist customer service in handling problem calls
  • Assist with in-house pre-show and post-show requirements
  • Assist in ordering show supplies and help to prepare onsite shipments
  • Assist other departments and Account Managers as needed

Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Conference registration experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Access preferred
  • 20% travel required
