Session Attendance Tracking
J. Spargo & Associates, Inc. offers manned and unmanned solutions for session
attendance tracking. Our DirectLeadTM desktop model supports unmanned
attendance tracking at sessions and DirectLead MobileTM supports a
mobile, manned session tracking approach. The mobile unit is designed
to scan large numbers of attendees rapidly and accurately.
Access Control
Customized badge encoding can limit access to sessions based on payment type, attendee
type or other demographic information collected during the registration process.
Paper tickets can be eliminated and attendance at events can be electronically verified
and logged to the registrants record.
Attendance Verification
J. Spargo & Associates, Inc.'s lead retrieval devices are used to verify attendance
at badge holder pick-up locations. When mailing credentials in advance attendees
are provided with onsite check-in instructions that include the electronic capture
of their attendee/registrant ID number. Data is downloaded
to the registration database providing accurate veritified attendance reports. Drill
down reporting capabilities provide data critical to the planning process of
future events including reports that indicate peak pick-up times.

Imagine attendees executing their own post show follow-up! With
ExpoInteract™
attendees visit custom website portals displaying a list of every exhibitor
they visited during the event. Attendees are provided contact information, links
to exhibitor websites and a list of other exhibiting suppliers that may have solutions,
systems or services that meet their needs.
