Budgets and Timelines
- Comprehensive budgeting including initial in-depth analysis of current Client
budgeting process, cost-coding, and budget objectives, followed by refinement of
our event financial reporting procedures to accommodate and meet Client requirements
and objectives as closely as possible
- Invoice/Budget Reconciliation and Job Costing all event expenses which fall within
budget categories for which we are accountable
- Project Timelines including J. Spargo & Associates, Inc. Event Production
Activities and Projects, Subcontractor/Vendor/Facility production requirements including
definition and monitoring
- Invoice and Payment monitoring, approval, and reconciliation
