Research conducted by J. Spargo showed that 10% of exhibitors desired a more robust lead management system than was currently offered at events.

Research conducted by J. Spargo showed that 10% of our exhibitors desired a more robust lead management system than was currently offered at events. As part of that research, an exhibitor survey was sent out to our entire exhibitor customer base as well as attendance at industry exhibitor meetings.

J. Spargo has always kept a close eye on industry trends, but wanted to take a "customer first" approach with the exhibitor survey and the response was an overwhelming 50% return rate.
