Custom Registration Experiences
Utilizing web services, J. Spargo & Associates, Inc. integrates with your
association database LIVE. This integration allows for the transfer of data to/from J.
Spargo & Associates, Inc. and the client. Members/Customers enter the association
website and login using a single sign-on process (SSO). All relevant member/customer
information is then seemlessly auto-populated in the attendees registration record.
The system then allows for an intuitive custom registration process based on member
type, VIP codes, member status, promo codes, demographic data or other specific
identifiers associated with the member/customer record.

Attendee Control Center
Registrants have 24/7 access to their account via our online attendee control
center. The control center tools allow them to update, change, upgrade
and/or cancel their registration or hotel reservation. Additional features in the
control center include badge preview screens, badge mailing status, payment
processing, receipt generation, cancellation policies, general meeting updates
and customizable marketing messages.

Badge preview screens and reminder emails help to eliminate onsite name changes
and corrections. This enhanced customer service feature ensures customer satisfaction,

Integrated CME/CEU Processing
The processing of CME/CEU credits and certificates is a natural "add-on" to the
registration process. J. Spargo & Associates Inc.'s integrated CME/CEU processing
tools gather session attendance information, calculates credit hours and generates
certificates live via the internet during and post event. CME/CEU applications are
customizable to meet customer and accreditation requirements.
Automated Visa Letter Generation
Eliminate time consuming Visa letter production processes by using our online
tools that generate automated Visa letters upon completion of the registration process.
Attendee Generated Marketing

tool allows attendees and exhibitors to generate pre-constructed marketing emails
inviting their colleagues and customers to your meeting. This feature instantly
