Exhibitors add new registrants, edit existing records, purchase conference/meeting
registration, cancel and make payments all from one master control center.
Exhibitor Badge Allocation Tracking
Badge allocation can be tracked based on booth size, number of booths, priority
points, sponsorship levels and/or VIP status. Allocations of complimentary
meeting/conference badges can also be controlled. Exhibitors can review, cancel
and/or edit current registrations, add new registrations, run reports, issue email
confirmations to individual exhibitor personnel or general summary email confirmations
for the main exhibitor contact all from the main menu in the Exhibitor Control Center.
Exhibitor Badge Pick-up Appointments
Exhibitors access available appointment times and schedule a time that best works
with their schedule to pick-up badges and other meeting materials.
Automated Electronic Uploads of Exhibitor Registration Data
Easy to follow MS Excel formats are provided to exhibitors allowing them to submit
and upload their registrant data electronically. This efficient process eliminates
dual data entry processes for exhibitors, minimizing typographical errors in records,
increases the number of registrant records that contain valid contact information
and facilitates the early collection of registrations and corresponding payments.
Badge Preview Screens
Exhibitors visually inspect name badges to identify errors or needed corrections/additions
before badges are printed. This reduces onsite lines and enhances the customers
overall registration experience.

Mailing List Rentals
J. Spargo & Associates, Inc. facilitates the rental of attendee mailing lists
by offering segmented portions of mailing lists or entire lists based on client
policies and list rental rules and regulations. All mailing list purchases
are fulfilled electronically in downloadable formats including MS Excel, MS Word,
.CSV and MS Access formats.
A2Z Integration
Show organizers utilizing A2Z Exposition Management software benefit from the powerful
tools offered by both A2Z and J. Spargo & Associates, Inc.'s proprietary exhibitor
registration application. There is no need to send exhibitor updates, badge
allocation data or issue additional user id's and passwords. Exhibitors can
seamlessly enter the exhibitor registration module via administrative tools utilized
by them in the A2Z program.
